The pot luck started at 6:00 p.m. The meeting was called to order by Claudia at 7:05 p.m. Claudia reminded everyone whose dues have expired that they cannot attend any parties or functions until their dues are current. We had three couples renew their dues, and two new members signed up for a total of $105.00.

Mike was not at the meeting, so Claudia reported that there is now $600.00 in the Treasury. We need to sell some of the blue shirts, tank tops, hats, visors and can coosies. If interested bring cash or your check book to the March meeting.

Karen read the minutes of the January 4th meeting. Phillip moved that the minutes be accepted, and Bill seconded the motion.

Bob Moore was not present so there was no AANR Report this meeting. If you wish to join AANR through our club, dues are $38.00 for a single and $62.50 for couples. This is a much better rate than if you join directly with AANR. See Bob Moore at a meeting to join or transfer your membership to the Nautical Nudist Dive and Boating Club.

Channelside Adventure Tour (boat trip) Tuesday February 7th. We will meet as a group at 9:00 a.m. They will meet our group by the Statue at the Florida Aquarium and take us to the boat at 9:15 sharp. We have 13 people signed up for this event. Contact Claudia at 813-895-1128 if you are not signed up and would like to attend.

Valentines Party – Saturday February 11th at Ron and Paula’s house near Island Group. A pot luck will begin at 4:00 p.m. Directions: Go one house past Island Group on Dupree Drive then turn right on the access road. Follow to the end. At the end make a hard left into the driveway. Do not go around the circular driveway as this is private property. The Kessler’s address is 5802 Mary Jane Circle. You can park across the street from Island Group and Ron will pick you up by Golf Cart. Parking at the house is limited. If you get lost or need a ride from The Island Group parking lot, their phone number is 813-995-2131.

Swim with the Manatees in Crystal River -- Sunday, February 19th. Meet at Plantation Inn in Crystal River at 12:00 noon. The boat is $150.00 and holds ten people. If you want to go and have not signed up, call Claudia at 813-892-1128. If we have more people than can fit on one boat we will rent an extra john boat for $90.00.

Trip to Show Palace Dinner Theater in Hudson February 25th. The play will be Hair Spray and the cost including a buffet lunch will be $45.00 per person. Doors open at 11:30 am and lunch is at noon. Grace Penny is handling reservations and collecting the money for tickets. Call Grace at 813-830-3436 to confirm your reservation. Meet her at 11:30 am in front of the Show Palace to get your tickets. Checks should be made payable to Show Palace. We need 20 people to get this price, so invite your friends to attend, no need to be Dive Club Members. The show starts at 1:30 pm and runs to 3:00 or 3:30 pm. Directions: Take Hwy 54 or Hwy 52 to Little Road and turn right (north). Follow Little Road all the way to the end. It ends at US Hwy 19 in Hudson. Turn left on US Hwy 19 and Show Palace is on the left (East side of the road). The address is 16128 US Hwy 19, Hudson, Florida and the phone number in case you get lost is 727-863-7949.

Additional things discussed for February/March include the Renaissance Festival February 18th, the State Fair February 9th to 20th, and the Strawberry Festival March 1st to 11th.
